Costa Rica, here comes Kingsport!

Sitio de Mata Homestays Village
Just one week away from the John Sevier Costa Rica Adventure. This is going to be a week filled with education and fun as we venture through one of the most scenic and biodiverse countries on the planet.

Here we will post the day to day trip news that is updated with pictures and blog entries (some written by the kids) daily. It will give family and friends back home in Kingsport or anywhere the chance to log online and follow this unforgettable adventure as we visit some of the tropics' most enchanting spots. You can also comment on the daily posts which we (the guides) will be reading back to the kids during their evening briefing.

Blue Morph Butterfly
The John Sevier students will be joined by guides Jheudy Carballo and Tom Ranieri.  Jheudy is a guide with over 15 years working as a naturalist and is an incredible interpreter of nature. He has a love for conservation, birds, sustainability and students anxious to bring learning to life. Tom is going to be your blogger for the week keeping you informed. Getting us to and from places in our comfortable coaster bus, is our driver, Jose who has 25 years experience driving in tourism and is often known by many as "El Presidente" (Costa Rica's president) because everyone knows who he is.

We are looking forward to meeting the kids outside the airport and hoping to hear some of your comments through the blog.

If you need contact us during the trip please feel free to call our Vonage office line US 352 694-3462 or you can call Tom's cell phone at CR +506 8719-1656 or  Toll Free 1-855 CRR TOUR.
